This Hoffritz Chicken Fryer with Odor Shield allows you to cook fried chicken perfectly right on your stovetop. The secret lies in the pan, which is large enough to accommodate several pieces of chicken, and deep enough to keep them all submerged in hot oil. The body is quality-crafted from durable anodized aluminum to distribute heat quickly and evenly. The patented odor eliminating and domed screen contains a carbon fiber that keeps all odors from escaping. The screen is dishwasher safe and each time washed it will reactivate the carbon in the fiber so it can be reused over and over again.
